Mathematical notes of NEFU" publishes original research papers mainly on the geometry and topology, computational mathematics, ordinary differential equations, partial differential equations, mechanics, mathematical modeling and numerical methods.

The journal was founded in January 1994 under the title "Mathematical Notes of YSU".

Since 2014, the journal is published under the title "Mathematical Notes of NEFU
