Aims & Scope
Majalah Obat Tradisional aims to stimulate the discovery and development of herbal and traditional medicine.
We accept articles on the cultivation and extraction of raw materials, the analysis of these materials’ phytochemical/pharmacological effects or toxicity, or the potential applications of natural extracts, fractions, or compounds in the formulation of traditional medicine.
Articles dealing with biotechnology are normally not accepted, unless their focal point is traditional medicine.
Majalah Obat Tradisional does not cover topics related to the exploration of practical herbal medicine, manual mound healing methods, and other unconventional healthcare practices like acupuncture, homeopathy, and naturopathy.
Research articles, case studies, and short communications are accepted.
