Aims & Scope
Korean Journal of Family Medicine (KJFM) is an open access, peer-reviewed, online-only general medical journal.
KJFM mainly publishes original articles, narrative reviews, systematic reviews with or without meta-analysis, case reports, letters, editorials, and brief communications covering a broad range of interests related with the field of family medicine such as clinical management of common primary diseases (e.g., dyslipidemia, hypertension, diabetes, obesity, etc.), health promotion (e.g., smoking cessation, quitting drinking, exercise, lifestyle modification, etc.), cancer prevention and early detection, travel medicine, geriatrics, nutrition and diet, epidemiology, education (medical students, residents in family medicine, patients, etc.), medical ethics, health care system, etc., all of which ultimately will assist family physicians in primarycare.
