Aims & Scope
The Japan Institute of Light Metals (JILM) is the only academic society for light metals such as aluminum, magnesium and titanium in Japan.
It was launched in 1951 aiming to promote science and technology of light metals and to develop light metals industries.
In order to achieve these objectives JILM conducts the following six activities.
