Aims & Scope
Jurnal Mekanikal is a refereed international journal established in 1996 by the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia.
Since then, it has become a flagship journal with a publication frequency of twice a year, in June and December.
The journal aims to provide a platform for publishing articles in Mechanical Engineering and all its related areas.
It is a publication devoted to the dissemination of research findings and applications in all aspects of Mechanical Engineering.
The scope of the journal is closely aligned with the various academic degree programs offered at the Faculty.
Hence, the scope of the journal is broad as it encourages multi-disciplinary research.
