会誌「表面と真空（正式名称 Vacuum and Surface Science）」は，公益社団法人日本表面真 空学会が発行する会誌である。この会誌は，真空及び表面の科学の基礎と応用，それらの関連 する分野に関する研究論文及び学会機関誌として必要な情報を掲載する。全ての投稿原稿は， 日本語または英語で記載し，編集委員会の審査を受け掲載の可否が決定される。投稿された全 ての論文及び記事の著作権は公益社団法人日本表面真空学会に帰属する。
