Aims & Scope
The official journal of the International Structural Genomics Organization (ISGO) provides a peer-reviewed forum for the exchange and discussion of new data in structural and functional genomics.
The scope includes: Determination of the three-dimensional structures of gene products including those with unknown biological functions; Structure determination methodologies spanning X-ray crystallography, cryoEM, NMR spectroscopy, mass spectrometry, molecular modeling, and hybrid methods; Research and new methodologies for selection of molecules for study and sample production; Experimental and structure-based functional analysis, data base design, and data mining; Discussion of results of structural and functional genomics projects.
