To name some of the areas but not limited to, are as follows: Micromachining, Nanofinishing, Microjoining, Microforming, Microforging, Microcasting, Additive microfabrication, High aspect ratio fabrication, Lithography, LIGA, Micro- / nano- metrology, Micro and Nano system applications (MEMS, NEMS etc.), Machine tools design and development for micromanufacturing processes and the related areas.
The aim of this journal does not include news and current affairs.
