An official Open Access journal of the The Japanese Hip Society, The Japanese Society for Replacement Arthroplasty and The Japanese Knee Society is an international, peer-reviewed, multidisciplinary journal publishing clinical and basic research of the major joints such as hip, knee, ankle, shoulder, and elbow.

The journal accepts Review articles, Original articles, and will seek submissions from around the world. The topics covered include, but are not limited to:

Biomechanics, Anatomy, physiology, morphology, biochemistry and pathology; Imaging diagnostic techniques; Degenerative diseases and Sports injury; Surgery (Arthroplasty, Osteotomy, Arthroscopy, others); and Rehabilitation.
