Aims & Scope

The Journal of Global Health (JoGH) is an international peer-reviewed journal published by the International Society of Global Health (ISoGH), a not-for-profit company registered in the UK.

We welcome editorials, news, viewpoints, original research articles, and reviews from scholars and professionals working in all fields of global health.

Thematically, we focus on works which seek to improve our understanding of global health and provide practice guidelines to address health-related issues in the developed and developing world.

JoGH adheres to the highest publication and peer review standards.

All submitted original research articles (inclusive of reviews) undergo editorial scrutiny, after which the ones deemed of sufficient quality and appropriate scope are sent out for external assessment by at least two reviewers.

Viewpoints are reviewed by at least one external reviewer and one internal reviewer from the Editorial Team or Editorial Board.

Editorials and News do not undergo the formal process of peer-review and they are reviewed internally by the journal editors.
