Journal of Dynamic Systems, Measurement and Control
Published by American Society of Mechanical Engineers
ISSN : 0022-0434 eISSN : 1528-9028
Abbreviation : J. Dyn. Syst. Meas. Control.
Aims & Scope
The Journal of Dynamic Systems, Measurement, and Control publishes original papers, both theoretical and applied, focusing on modeling, sensing, identification, and control of dynamical systems in traditional mechanical engineering and associated interdisciplinary areas.
Theoretical papers should present new theoretical developments and knowledge for control of dynamical systems together with clear engineering motivation for the new theory.
New theory or results that are only of mathematical interest without a clear engineering motivation or have a cursory relevance only are discouraged. "Application" is understood to include simulation of realistic systems and corroboration of theory with emphasis on demonstrated practicality.
