Chem.), originated from the Hanguk Nonghwahak Hoechi launched on June 1960, is a quarterly published journal by the Korean Society for Applied Biological Chemistry (KSABC) in agricultural biotechnology.

The goal of JABC is to promote scientific information interchange among researchers in the field of agricultural biotechnology.

The journal covers agricultural and biotechnological aspects of biochemistry/molecular biology, bioactive materials, soil/pesticide/environmental sciences, and food science/microbiology.
