Aims & Scope

The Iranian Journal of Numerical Analysis and Optimization publishes original papers of high scientific value in all areas of numerical analysis and optimization.

The Journal covers papers that describe and analyze new computational techniques for solving scientific problems and also papers of the theory and application of control, optimization and operations research.

Some of these areas are: Development and analysis of numerical methods as well as use of algorithms for scientific computing.

Numerical methods and computational efficiency in approximation, linear algebra, integral equations, ordinary and partial differential equations.

Optimization and control theory.

Mathematical modeling All aspects of optimization and control, including theory, algorithms, computational studies, and application.

Iranian Journal of Numerical Analysis and Optimization (IJNAO) is published twice a year by the Department of Applied Mathematics, Faculty of Mathematical Sciences, Ferdowsi University of Mashhad.
