International Journal of Polymer Science
Published by John Wiley & Sons
ISSN : 1687-9422 eISSN : 1687-9430
Abbreviation : Int. J. Polym. Sci.
Aims & Scope
The International Journal of Polymer Science publishes papers on the chemistry and physics of macromolecules.
Studies may be experimental or theoretical in nature, and cover all aspects of polymer science.
These include the synthesis, characterisation, and applications of polymeric materials, as well as the exploration of mechanisms, kinetics, and catalysis of polymerisation processes.
The journal welcomes investigations into both synthetic polymers and biopolymers, and encourages submissions related to the preparation and implementation of functional, responsive, and smart polymer materials.
As well as original research, The International Journal of Polymer Science also publishes focused review articles that examine the state of the art, identify emerging trends, and suggest future directions for developing fields.
