International Journal of Energy and Water Resources
Published by Springer Nature
ISSN : 2538-3604 eISSN : 2522-0101
Abbreviation : Int. J. Energy Water Resour.
Aims & Scope
IJEWR covers all disciplines of sciences related to “Water and Energyâ€, namely in the fields of prediction of variations in continental water resources and regime; hydrophysical and hydrodynamic processes; environmental aspects of water quality and protection; economic, social, and legal aspects of water-resource development; the role of water in the physical, chemical, biological, and ecological sciences; public health; and related social and policy sciences.
It also encompasses methodological development of observational, experimental, theoretical, analytical, numerical, and data driven approaches that advance the science of water and its management.
Moreover, the journal covers research in mechanical engineering and thermal sciences, with a strong focus on energy analysis, energy modelling and prediction, integrated energy systems, energy planning and energy management.
The journal also welcomes papers on related topics such as energy conservation, energy efficiency, biomass and bioenergy, renewable energy, electricity supply and demand, energy storage, energy in buildings, and on economic and policy issues, provided such topics are within the context of the broader multi-disciplinary scope of Energy.
