Abbreviation : Int. J. Eng. Model.
Aims & Scope
Engineering Modelling is a refereed international journal providing an up-to-date reference for the engineers and researchers engaged in computer aided analysis, design and research in the fields of computational mechanics, numerical methods, software develop-ment and engineering modelling.
The role of computer oriented techniques in the analysis and design of engineering structures has been firmly established in recent years.
New techniques are being rapidly developed and applied in the fields of civil engineering, mechanical engineering, electricity, naval architecture, mining, acoustics, earthquake engineering, transportation engineering, soil and rock mechanics, etc.
These techniques make it possible to check the validity of various empirical rules which have become prevalent in engineering practice.
