Aims and Scope
The International Health Trends and Perspectives (IHTP) journal aims to increase the scholarly and creative dialogue on all aspects of global and planetary health through the dissemination of theoretical, empirical, and practical scholarly work related to the key topics of wellbeing from around the world.
The journal provides a forum for the dissemination of global issues, including war, violence, migration, pandemics, global warming, food insecurity, and bioterrorism, by publishing high-quality, original scholarly manuscripts. Submissions from researchers, scientists, scholars, educators, and community partners of all disciplines are welcomed.
The journal's overarching mandate is to ensure the principles of equity, diversity, and inclusion are integrated throughout all aspects of the journal, and to increase the accessibility and use of social sciences and humanities research and theoretical knowledge among academic and non-academic audiences.
