Aims & Scope

Indonesian Review of Physics (IRIP) is a journal that aims to provide a platform for researchers and professionals in physics to share the latest discoveries, experimental results, and theories on various topics relevant to advancing science and technology.

The main focus of this journal includes, but is not limited to, the following areas:

  • Physics for Technology-Based Education: Articles that address the application of technology in physics teaching and learning, innovations in physics education models and methods, and the use of software and digital tools in physics education.
  • Health Physics: Research related to the application of physics principles in medicine and health, including medical imaging techniques, radiology, and the use of physics technology for disease diagnosis and therapy.
  • Materials Physics: Focuses on new materials research, including nanotechnology, semiconductors, magnetic materials, and superconductors, as well as materials applications in advanced technology and industry.
  • Astrophysics: Articles covering research in theoretical and experimental astrophysics, observations of astronomical objects, stellar evolution, black holes, dark matter, dark energy, and other cosmic phenomena.
  • Physics for Disaster: Research on the application of physics to mitigation and management of natural disasters, including prediction models, monitoring technologies, and development of tools to minimize the impact of physical disasters such as earthquakes, tsunamis, and floods.
  • Computational Physics: Research that focuses on using computational methods in modeling, simulation, and analysis of physical systems. This includes using numerical algorithms, artificial intelligence, and quantum computing to solve problems in various branches of physics, such as fluid dynamics, condensed matter, and quantum field theory.

The Indonesian Review of Physics (IRIP) journal welcomes articles covering basic and applied research in physics relevant to the above topics, as well as discussions on the latest technological innovations and societal implications of physics discoveries. We welcome contributions from researchers, academics, and practitioners around the world.
