HERON provides a national and international forum for the dissemination of research and developments in the field of structural mechanics, construction and building materials and their application in new structures, repair practice and maintenance.
The journal provides a wide range of research and application papers which describe laboratory and numerical investigations or report on full scale projects.
The materials covered include: concrete, steel, timber, masonry, cement, ceramics, composites and recycled materials.
The scope of structures include: bridges, high-rise buildings, highway pavements, housing, tunnels and water containment structures.
