Aims & Scope
Global SMT & Packaging celebrated it’s 20th Anniversary in March 2020.
For the past twenty-two years, we have been at the forefront of new technologies around the world.
When manufacturing moved offshore in 1999 – 2001, we instantly identified the trend and decided to support our customers in the parts of the world where they do business.
It’s one of the things that makes us unique and gives us the ability to report on manufacturing technologies and trends globally.
Of course, we have also had to manage this in a challenging new media environment, where the range of marketing channels has exploded and the variety of options has stretched marketers budgets to their maximum.
We are proud to say that Global SMT & Packaging has been a constant innovator throughout the past two decades and continues to be the first to bring new innovations and media products to the market.
Today, with supply chains reorganizing across the world, manufacturing has become a moving target. different countries have different expectations from media.
Some have poor internet and prefer print.
The US continues to lead the digital revolution and video and podcasts as a method of learning and absorbing information quicker, are proliferating.
