Aims & Scope
Geoacta is published by the Asociación Argentina de GeofÃsicos y Geodestas.
It is formed by independent sections.
Each one contains original articles or technical notes that are not simultaneous presented for evaluation to other journals.
The subject of the articles are from the following Sciences: Geophysics, Geodesy, Seismology and Physics of the Earth Interior, Volcanology and Chemistry of the Earth Interior, Geomagnetism and Aeronomy, Meteorology and Physics of the Atmosphere, Hydrological Sciences, Physical Sciences of the Ocean, Cryosphere, Solar Physics, Geology, Geodynamics, Geography, Geomatics and Environmental Sciences.
The Editorial Committee, with the collaboration of specialists from the different sciences, evaluate the originality of the work and decide the section where the accepted contribution will be published and its order.
Geoacta is published once a year in its paper format.
However, in this portal every accepted paper will be published independently as soon as it is ready.
Papers must be original and will present data, interpretations and/or synthesis unpublished or not submitted elsewhere.
Official languages of Geoacta are Spanish and English.
The authors must be members of the Asociación Argentina de GeofÃsicos y Geodestas or pay an amount equivalent to two society memberships.
