Aims & Scope

Frontiers in Tropical Diseases is a collaborative and multidisciplinary journal publishing cutting-edge research on the pathophysiology and control of diseases that occur solely or predominantly in tropical regions of the world with a focus on integrative prevention, control and treatment methods as well as the challenges associated with them in the most vulnerable populations.

By bringing together international input across all disciplines of tropical medicine involving clinicians, parasitologists, entomologists, infectious diseases specialists, epidemiologists, policy experts, health economists and medical anthropologists in one place, we aim to provide a comprehensive and open access platform on the latest research in tropical diseases.
