Aims & Scope
The journal «Family Medicine.
European Practices» is the official publication of the Ukrainian Association of Family Medicine.
Supported by the European Association of Family Physicians (WONCA Europe) and the European Association of Family Medicine Teachers (EURACT).
The journal «Family Medicine.
European Practices» accepts for publication articles, clinical cases, reviews, results, and data that improve theoretical knowledge and understanding of health and diseases, prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation of patients of all age groups; consider the legislative, social, moral and ethical and other aspects of the activity of the primary medical care team; contribute to the development of effective interaction and cooperation of doctors with patients and families, specialists of various specialties, non-medical specialists involved in solving health issues.
We are welcoming works, devoted to: Legislative and organizational issues of primary medical care development in Ukraine and worldwide; Problems of public health and epidemiology; Issues of prevention, diagnosis, pharmacological and non-pharmacological treatment of acute and chronic conditions and diseases in children, adults, and other groups of patients (pregnant, elderly, immunodeficient, etc.); Management of patients of all age groups with mental and psychological health problems; Issues of rehabilitation; Management of multimorbid patients; The issue of organizing and working with a multidisciplinary team of specialists involved in patient-centered medical and social care; Issues of ensuring the quality of activities of primary medical care (PMC) specialists, accreditation, and licensing; Issues of interaction of specialists at different levels of medical care, continuity of medical care; Issues of development of family medicine as a scientific and academic specialty, training of primary medical care (PMC) specialists, continuous professional development of all team members;
