eISSN : 1873-7307
Abbreviation : Environ. Exp. Bot.
Aims & Scope
Environmental and Experimental Botany publishes research papers on the physical, chemical, biological, molecular mechanisms and processes involved in the responses of plants to their environment.
The journal covers various areas, including plant responses to heavy metals and pollutants, plant/water interactions, responses to radiations, plant/atmosphere relations, global change impacts, and biotic interactions involving environmental factors.
We welcome manuscripts that provide new insights on plant responses to the environment, preferably providing evidence of new mechanisms underlying plant stress resistance. Ecological studies are also encouraged if they provide a sound basis of physiological processes involved in the plant response to the environment.
