EARSeL eProceedings was the Open Access Remote Sensing Journal of the European Association of Remote Sensing Laboratories in the years from 2001 to 2018.

It was published by BIS-Verlag of Carl von Ossietzky University of Oldenburg, Germany.

The journal was devoted to peer-reviewed scientific publications in all fields of Earth observation and remote sensing: -Land use and land cover, geology, forestry, ice and snow -Atmosphere, ocean and coastal zones -Urban areas; developing countries -New methods: hyperspectral, active/passive, 3-D -Data fusion, time-series analysis -Environmental risks and hazards -Education and training using Earth Observation
