Aims & Scope

The Diabetes Educator is the official publication of the Association of Di­abetes Care and Education Specialists.

Its primary purpose is to publish papers on aspects of patient education, professional education, and serve as a reference for the science and art of diabetes management.

The journal publishes original research, perspectives in practice, and application in such areas as nutrition, pharmacy, psychosocial aspects of diabetes, and health care policy.
