Aims & Scope
Clinical Traditional Medicine and Pharmacology (CTMP) is an open-access journal published quarterly, dedicated to traditional medicine. Integrating traditional medicine with modern clinical practice and pharmacology, with a specific emphasis on evidence-based clinical and pharmacological research, is the focus of CTMP. We welcome articles on various therapeutic techniques and methodologies, such as herbal and physical therapy, used for disease treatment and health maintenance.
Our primary emphasis lies in publishing evidence-based clinical trials, clinical and basic pharmacological research, unique ethnic therapeutic methods, pharmacokinetics studies, and toxicological research related to complementary medicine. We also prioritize research investigating the molecular foundations and mechanisms of action of traditional Chinese medicine and other ethnic medicines to assess its clinical effectiveness.
Our scope encompasses clinical research, methodology research, and molecular basis research in the field of traditional medicine and pharmacology. We accept diverse clinical studies, systematic reviews, and research articles examining therapeutic methods in complementary medicine, as well as studies delving into the molecular underpinnings of complementary medical theories and concepts.
