Aims & Scope
Clinical Nutrition Open Science is the peer-reviewed open-access official journal of ESPEN, The European Society for Clinical Nutrition and Metabolism.
With the aim to stimulate experimental research activities in the field of clinical nutrition, the journal welcomes the latest and most exciting experimental and clinical articles on methodology, nutrient physiology and metabolism, nutritional neurosciences, toxicities, immunology, nutrigenomics, molecular nutrition, vitamins, trace elements, antioxidants, genetics and microbiota.
Completing the existing journals: Clinical Nutrition and https://clinicalnutritionespen.com/Clinical Nutrition ESPEN, CNOS will invite the scientific community more broadly to submit opinion papers on new nutritional concepts stimulating discussion.
