Clinical Nutrition Experimental is the peer-reviewed open-access official journal of ESPEN, The European Society for Clinical Nutrition and Metabolism.
With the aim to stimulate experimental research activities in the field of clinical nutrition, the journal welcomes the latest and most exciting experimental articles on methodology, nutrient physiology and metabolism, nutritional neurosciences, nutritional toxicities, nutritional immunology, nutrigenomics, molecular nutrition, vitamins, trace elements, antioxidants, genetics and microbiota.
Completing the existing journals: Clinical Nutrition and Clinical Nutrition ESPEN, CNX will promote methodology and basic science in the field of clinical nutrition.
