Aims & Scope
Clinical Neuropsychopharmacology and Therapeutics (CNPT) is entering a new era.
Professor Tsuyoshi Kondo, who was superb as CNPT’s Editor-in-Chief for the past seven years, retired to the role of Editor Emeritus.
He edited the first issue of CNPT in 2010 and steered the journal until 2016.
CNPT is the journal of the Japanese Society of Clinical Neuropsychopharmacology.
CNPT has always focused on clinical psychopharmacology.
Regrettably, the number of submissions and articles published is small: 8 in 2010, 11 in 2011, 10 in 2012, 5 in 2013, 7 in 2014, 3 in 2015, and 7 in 2016.
Dr Norio Yasui-Furukori told me his thoughtful idea that CNPT should appear in PUBMED and get an impact factor in order to further enhance the value.
I completely agreed with him and at the moment we are planning for PUBMED and impact factor.
