Aims & Scope

C (ISSN 2311-5629) is an international and cross-disciplinary, open access journal of scientific studies related to all aspects of carbon materials, carbon research, and their applications.

It publishes original peer-reviewed research articles, comprehensive reviews, and short communications as well as Special Issues on particular subjects.

The aim of C is to encourage scientists to publish their experimental and theoretical results in as much detail as possible.

Full experimental, theoretical, and computational details should be provided so that the results can be reproduced.

In addition, the journal has the following features: Manuscripts regarding new and innovative research proposals and ideas are particularly welcome; Electronic files supplying details of calculations and experimental procedures as well as picture and video files can be uploaded as supplementary materials.

Scope Areas of interest include, but are not limited to, the following topics: Carbon Materials and Carbon Allotropes- CO2 Utilization and Conversion- Carbon Cycle, Capture, and Storage- Carbon Skeleton- Combustion Emissions- Environmental Applications- Health, Biological, and Medical Applications- Physical Properties and Characterization of Carbon
