Aims & Scope
The journal “Arkhiv Patologii†(Archive of Pathology) is one of the oldest periodical medical publications in Russia, founded in 1935.
It publishes original research on topical issues of pathological anatomy and general pathology, covering the most important provisions of the theory and practice of various human diseases (oncology, infectious diseases, heart and vascular diseases, nephropathology, professional pathology, gastroenterology, etc.), as well as experimental and geographical pathology.
In order to familiarize a wide range of readers with the latest achievements of domestic and foreign medicine are regularly published advanced and review articles, reviews of the most interesting domestic and foreign books, new data on modern research methods in morphology and molecular biology (immunohistochemistry, electron microscopy, polymerase chain reaction, etc.).
The issues of organizing the pathological service and teaching pathological anatomy are covered.
Articles on the history of pathological anatomy are regularly published, reports on the work of scientific societies of pathologists, reports on symposiums and meetings are placed.
The journal is designed for pathologists, pathophysiologists, forensic doctors and clinicians.
