Aims & Scope
Annales UMCS, sectio B (Geography, Geology, Mineralogy and Petrography) is a peer-reviewed scientific journal published by the UMCS Department of Earth Sciences and Spatial Management.
The journal has been printed continuously since 1946.
It features articles (in Polish or English) devoted to widely-understood Earth sciences.
The Editorial Board is particularly interested in scientific papers in the field of geology, physical geography, socio-economic geography, tourism, land management, geoinformatics and related sciences.

B is released on an open-access basis, its readership including both representatives of the scientific circles and economic practitioners.
