Aims & Scope

Advanced Exercise and Health Science (AEHS) is a peer-reviewed publication established and sponsored by Wuhan Sports University in China. The journal focuses on multidisciplinary research in exercise and health science, with a particular emphasis on exploring the dose-efficacy relationship and underlying mechanisms of exercise-induced health promotion and disease rehabilitation.

The primary objective of this journal is to advance the field of exercise and health science through original research, reviews, and systematic reviews with or without meta-analysis. Current areas of interest include, but are not limited to:
