Aims & Scope
Acta Petrologica et Mineralogica is dedicated to report the latest research and progress in petrology and mineralogy of geology.
It has carried out academic exchanges and discussions, with geological research and teaching personnel as the main readers and authors.
Besides dealing with basic theories and research achievements made in various branches of petrology and mineralogy, it includes creative and comprehensive researches of borderline subjects related to petrology and mineralogy, new methods, skills and instruments for identifying rocks and minerals, and some minor columns such as the newest geological information, discussions, brief introduction to books and journals and conference reports.
The columns are special study, discussion, review and progress, method and application, environmental mineralogy, gem mineralogy, comprehensive materials, information, etc.
The published articles mainly reflect the original and reviewed results of the latest geological research, and the repeated publication of data or involving multiple contributions to a paper, repeated contributions and other academic misconduct articles will not be considered.
